The automatic water phantoms MP1 and MP1-S are especially suitable for absolute dosimetry according to the AAPM TG-51 protocol, DIN 6800-2 and IAEA TRS 381 and for the measurement of depth dose curves. Both phantoms are compatible to the well known MP3 systems and can be controlled with a control pendant or by software. The two systems differ only in their horizontal dimensions but both provide the same vertical moving range of 254 mm.
With its dimensions the MP1 fully complies e.g. with the AAPM TG-51 protocol.
